Shipping policy

At Z&L E-COMMERCE CORP., we are committed to providing reliable and secure shipping for all eligible orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within up to 5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, order volume, warehouse preparation, and carrier pickup schedules.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping terms:

Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $200 before tax.

Orders under CAD $200 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using major Canadian carriers, including but not limited to Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or other trusted logistics providers.

The final shipping carrier may vary depending on the delivery address, product value, product size, product type, and service availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 business days within Canada after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holiday seasons, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Z&L E-COMMERCE CORP. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

High-Value Orders

For high-value products, including DJI products and related electronics, additional order verification may be required before shipment.

Signature confirmation, delivery confirmation, or additional identity verification may also be required at our discretion.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is managed by the carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with carrier investigation where applicable.

However, Z&L E-COMMERCE CORP. is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or loss after the package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Customers will be notified by Z&L E-COMMERCE CORP. when their order is ready for pickup and will receive the confirmed pickup time.
