Return and Refund Policy

At Z&L E-Commerce Corp., we are committed to providing customers with reliable products and a clear return process. Due to the nature of high-value electronics, DJI products, drones, cameras, batteries, and related accessories, all return requests are subject to review and approval before any item may be returned.

1. Return Request Period

Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of the delivery date. Submitting a return request does not mean the return is automatically approved. All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Z&L E-Commerce Corp. in writing before the customer ships the product back. Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused, returned to the sender, or not eligible for refund.

2. No Free Returns for Change of Mind

We do not offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases, accidental orders, wrong item selected by the customer, no longer needed items, or other non-defective reasons.

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all applicable return shipping costs, insurance costs, and any original shipping fees. Original shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and related service fees may be non-refundable.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in brand-new condition
  • Not have been activated, registered, flown, installed, damaged, modified, or used
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, cables, batteries, chargers, labels, serial number labels, protective films, inserts, and included items in complete and undamaged condition
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  • Have been approved in writing by Z&L E-Commerce Corp.

If any item is missing, used, damaged, activated, or not in resellable condition, the return may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

4. DJI Products and High-Value Electronics

Due to the nature of DJI products and high-value electronics, the following items may not be eligible for return once opened, activated, registered, flown, installed, or used:

  • DJI drones, cameras, gimbals, batteries, chargers, and accessories
  • Electronic devices with serial numbers
  • Products requiring activation, registration, firmware setup, or account binding
  • Products that have been used outdoors, flown, installed, crashed, damaged, or exposed to water, dust, or abnormal conditions

For DJI products, activation status, serial number status, product condition, and packaging condition may affect return eligibility.

5. Final Sale and Special Order Items

Certain products may be marked as Final Sale, Special Order, Pre-Order, Backorder, Clearance, or Discounted Item. These items may not be eligible for return or refund unless the product is confirmed to be defective or the return is required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.

6. Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product purchase price. A restocking fee may apply if the item has been opened, packaging has been damaged, accessories require inspection, or the return creates additional handling costs. The final restocking fee will be determined after inspection of the returned product.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number and full name
  • Product name and serial number (if applicable)
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A clear description of the problem

For DJI products and other branded electronics, certain issues may need to be reviewed by the manufacturer, supplier, carrier, or authorized service provider. Depending on the issue, the product may be handled through manufacturer warranty service instead of a standard return.

8. Return Shipping

Customers must not ship any product back without written return instructions from Z&L E-Commerce Corp. For approved returns, the customer is responsible for using a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance. We strongly recommend keeping the tracking number and shipping receipt until the return process is fully completed.

9. Inspection Process

All returned products are subject to inspection after we receive them, including checking product condition, serial number, activation status, signs of use, packaging condition, and all accessories. Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received and inspected.

10. Refunds

If a return is approved after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider. Shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

11. Refused or Failed Deliveries

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier charges, and any applicable restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed after the product has been returned and inspected.

12. How to Request a Return

  • Order number and full name
  • Product name and serial number (if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
